I’ve worked with hundreds of women in their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond — and here’s what I know:
❌ You don’t need to lift heavy straight away.
❌ You don’t need a gym membership, a matching set, or a degree in exercise science.
❌ And you definitely don’t need to feel sore or smashed just to “count” a workout.
What you do need is a system that:
✅ Builds confidence
✅ Creates consistency
✅ Keeps you progressing and getting results
THE WORD IS GETTING OUT (HALLELUJAH):
Women need strength training.
Only problem is, it’s been made to sound technical and a little complicated.
“What equipment do | need?”
“How do | know if I’m doing it right?”
“Am | doing enough?”
No wonder it can feel hard to start
As a physio and women’s health and strength coach, who has helped hundreds of women find their strength training flow, here are the only 3 things you actually need to know.
- You’re allowed to start light and focus on building confidence and consistency first. Nothing else matters if you haven’t
first learned how to make strength training part of your life. - Random workouts = random results.
Feeling tired and sweaty isn’t the same as getting stronger. At some point, your body needs structure to adapt.
A little progression goes a long way and it’s not as complicated as it sounds. - Fancy gear (and matching sets) are optional. You can lift in pyjamas, barefoot. You can get it done with a couple of well-chosen dumbbells.
And you can keep getting stronger.
Once you understand a few basic principles, strength training stops feeling overwhelming — and starts feeling doable.
That’s what I help women do every day:
In my classes, in clinic, and inside GLOW10 Tribe — my physio-designed approach to strength training in 10 minutes a day.
If you’re ready to stop second-guessing and start getting stronger in a way that works for real life…
