I understand how frustrating it can be when your body just doesn’t feel like it used to.
I know how much pain can get in the way of you enjoying your life and your family, but how it can often feel impossible to make time to look after yourself.
I understand how daunting it can seem to have a birth or recovery ahead of you when you are feeling weak and in pain.
The Glow Difference
I take the time to listen and understand your goals fully so that we can support you in getting the results you want.
My consultations are 60 minutes long (twice as long as standard), which gives us the time we need to thoroughly assess, diagnose and treat you, and also to develop a plan together so that you feel empowered to keep moving forward.
I offer a child-friendly environment as well as a mobile/home service to make scheduling appointments easier.
I provide online, customised exercise plans so that you never forget your exercises
I offer ongoing support via email for any of those questions that pop up outside of sessions.
About
Hi, I’m Libby!
I’m a physiotherapist who LOVES helping women feel their best.
I love working with women of all ages, but I particularly enjoy helping women through their pregnancies and well beyond to feel strong, capable and pain free.
I am a mum of three boys and know first-hand how physical this mum gig can be and how important it is to be on top of our game. I also understand how hard it can be for women to prioritise themselves … and this is where I come in!
I want to be on your team; to understand your goals and to empower you to get the results you want.

Strength training can be uncomfortable
Lifting weights that are heavy enough to build muscle mass can feel like hard work. But losing muscle mass, bone mass, functional independence and confidence can feel a whole lot harder. Strength or resistance training is the only effective way we have to maintain or...
FAQ
Do I Need a Doctors Referral to see a Physio?
No, you do not need a doctor’s referral to see a physiotherapist, unless you are seeking treatment under workers compensation, third party insurance (i.e car accident), or under Medicare’s Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program. Either way, if your doctor has referred you for treatment, please bring with you any relevant test results and I will ensure your doctor receives regular updates on your treatment with me.
