This is for you if you feel like you just WON’T exercise unless someone’s pushing you…

A class. A trainer. Someone expecting you to show up.

But it’s only for you if you WISH you could.

If you wish you would do your stretches or remember your pelvic floor exercises.

If you wish you were someone who could do a home workout on your busy days.

If you wish you were the kind of person who exercised, even on holidays, even when the kids were sick, even when the gym timetable didn’t suit you.

Well, the good news is it’s a skill set you can build with practice.

You’re not “just someone who can’t” exercise alone. You just haven’t built the right system yet.

And you can replicate some of the elements of the system that work for you in a gym/class environment: the cue, habit & reward system that makes working out feel automatic.

Here’s how to recreate it at home:

✅ CUE – Set a scheduled time, get dressed, use music or an alarm to trigger action.
✅ HABIT – Make it enjoyable: music, guided workouts, a podcast or tv show you like.
✅ REWARD – Track progress, set accountability, and give yourself a post-workout win.

You don’t need someone standing over you.

You need a system that makes it easier to show up.

And if you’re ready to make home workouts happen, I’ve got something for you.
