💦Just add water
Get your body in water, put your face in water, get your eyes on some water, get your body near water – whatever you have the time and ability to do.
🥰 Do something off your Joy List
Which means you need to have a joy list – a list of things that bring your soul joy – a cup of tea in the sun, reading, a bath, connecting with a particular friend, going for a walk
👣 Go for a walk around the block
Going for a short walk after a meal helps to stabilise your blood sugar levels
