If I ONLY exercised when I felt motivated to, I would do it once a month.

We know motivation is fleeting and we can’t rely on it to be consistent in any of our good health habits.

If these are your excuses

  • I’ve got so much work to do
  • I don’t like exercising at midday
  • There’s no point if I can’t do a full session
  • I’m tired…. and hungry…
  • I don’t have time
  • I don’t have my workout clothes on
  • I’ll start fresh tomorrow

When it comes to exercise, I’ve found this one hack can be a GAME changer for myself and the women I work with.

Just do one round.

Even if you’re in your PJs
Even if you’re hungover
Even if you haven’t had enough sleep
Even if you’re away on holidays

Just do one round.

If you want to do more once you get into it, go for it. But if that one round is a battle, and you don’t have anything else to give. Thats ok too. Because one round is better than none.

Big changes come from small steps done consistently over a long period of time.

Boring I know, but effective.
