I work with a lot of women who identify as ‘All or Nothing’ kinda gals.

This can be hugely productive, especially when All is happening more than Nothing!

But there is a bit of a problem with this mentality…

When life throws us a curve ball (big or small, fast or slow), ‘All’ is often not possible.

And if our ‘plan B’ is nothing, we can end up beating ourselves up for not achieving, and feeling unsure how to get back on the wagon.

When we identify as all or nothing people, we tend to show less self-compassion, but also less resilience.

‘Something over nothing’ is a much more adaptable mindset, and over time yields far greater results than an all or nothing mentality. Because it’s the seemingly insignificant things done consistently over a long period of time that make the biggest impact.

When it comes to exercise or your health, are you an ‘All or Nothing’ Person?
