Being consistent with strength training can be challenging, especially when:
⭐️ you’re juggling family & work
⭐️ you’re tired and lacking energy
⭐️ you have no family support or
⭐️ your schedule varies or is unpredictable.

Here are three sneaky hacks I use every week to help me stay on track:

1️⃣ Staying in my Pyjamas: Yep, you read that right! Starting my workout straight out of bed keeps excuses at bay. No time wasted changing clothes means I’m already in the zone before my brain can hit snooze.

2️⃣ Using Supersets: Time is precious, and supersets are my secret weapon. By pairing exercises back-to-back, I maximize efficiency without compromising intensity. I often break my workouts up too. If I can’t get all the exercises or sets in, I’ll add in another 10mins later in the day.

3️⃣ Knowing my Bare Minimum: Some days, life gets hectic. That’s why I’ve mastered the art of knowing my bare minimum. Even if it’s just a quick set or two, I make sure to squeeze in something. Consistency over perfection, every time.

These tricks might sound simple, but trust me, they’re game-changers.
