Some of the most capable, caring, hard-working women I know feel like they’re failing at looking after themselves.
Not because they don’t care.
Not because they’re lazy.
But because the mental load is massive. And the advice is never-ending.
I’ve had women tell me they feel guilty for not doing enough exercise…
but also guilty for being away from their kids.
They want to eat better…
but they’re exhausted and can’t even remember what’s in the fridge.
They want to move more…
but planning it all feels like another full-time job.
Here’s what I want you to know:
You’re not the problem.
The way we’ve been taught to approach health — like it’s a checklist we need to perfect — that’s the problem.
You don’t need another list.
You need a way to make it feel lighter.
More doable.
More like something that works with your life — not against it.
I see you.
Trying. Caring. Doing your best with what you’ve got.
That’s not failing. That’s what showing up looks like right now.
And it all counts 💛
