We throw the word bulk around a lot when it comes to women and weights.
But have you ever stopped to ask: what even is bulk?

For most women, “bulk” isn’t about actual muscle mass.
It’s about a cultural fear – one we inherited from the 90s “thin ideal” where strong = masculine, and feminine = small.

Here’s the truth:
💪 Lifting weights won’t suddenly turn you into a bodybuilder.
💪 Pilates won’t make you look like a ballerina.
💪 Both can play a role, but they do very different things for your body.

So maybe the real question isn’t “will this make me bulky?”
It’s: why are we still afraid of women having muscle in the first place?

This week’s podcast is where I unpack all of this:
➡️ The bulky myth (and why it won’t happen to you)
➡️ Pilates vs strength training (the real difference)
➡️ What “long, lean muscles” actually means
