I’m just going to say it – Strength training is one of the most underrated tools for pain management💡

I know you already know it’s good for building muscle, improving bone density, boosting your metabolism, and improving your insulin sensitivity (right?)

But you might not really care about that stuff right now.

Especially if you’re in pain.

Like one of my clients who recently told me:

“I know I *should* care about my bones and muscles, but honestly? It’s not what keeps me up at night.”

And that’s okay.

What did keep her up at night was her pain. The ache in her back, the stiffness in her hips, the discomfort that made every little movement feel hard.

She didn’t come to me wanting to get stronger—she came to me wanting to hurt less.

And the thing that worked? Strength training.

Not hardcore, hours-in-the-gym kind of training. Just small, consistent sessions that fit into her busy life. And when she does it daily, her pain is a million times better.

She moves easier. Sleeps better. Lives her life with less discomfort.

Strength training isn’t just about building muscle or improving bone density (though of course it does that too).

It’s about giving you freedom- freedom from pain, freedom to move, freedom to live your life.

If you’re dealing with pain that keeps you from feeling your best, maybe it’s time to try strength training—not for your muscles or bones (yet), but for you.
