It can just be something you do in between flipping pancakes on a Saturday.
A client I worked with recently told me she wasn’t doing strength training, even though she knew she “should.”
When we dug deeper, we realised she believed it had to be a full production to count:
✨ The right leggings
✨ An uninterrupted hour
✨ Sweaty, intense, and “perfect” or it didn’t count
No wonder she wasn’t getting it in.
Once she let go of that all-or-nothing thinking, everything shifted.
(Tbh, she didn’t believe it until she tried it, and saw the proof herself!)
Now her sessions are short, simple, and woven into her real life.
And she’s stronger and more consistent than ever, not because she suddenly found more time, but because she finally made it doable.
Strength training isn’t about the gym, the outfit, or the setup.
It’s about showing up, in the body and life you have today. Because you really can’t afford to wait.
