I used to think I needed motivation to work out.
And if I didn’t feel motivated, I’d delay. Replan. Wait for a fresh start.
But the truth is:
Motivation is unreliable.
It’s the cherry on top – not the foundation.
Motivation usually comes after the action, not before (and sometimes not at all).
Momentum, on the other hand?
It bypasses the need for motivation altogether.
You start small. You repeat it. You build trust.
And before you know it, movement becomes part of your daily rhythm.
That’s exactly why I created GLOW10:
10 minutes of strength training a day,
Done at home, no pressure, no perfection required.
It’s not about willpower or discipline.
It’s about showing up in a way that actually sticks.
