HI, I’M LIBBY!

I’m a physiotherapist with nearly 20 years of experience and the founder of the GLOW10 Tribe. My passion is helping women like you feel stronger, more capable, and at home in their bodies.

For years, I’ve worked one-on-one in my GLOW Physio Clinic, helping women recover from pain, build strength, and move with confidence. I’ve guided women through all stages of life—pregnancy, postpartum, peri/menopause, and beyond—and I’ve seen the incredible things that happen when we prioritise movement.

But I also know how life can throw curveballs that make exercise feel impossible. Between juggling work, family, and everything else, it’s easy to lose your connection to movement—and I’ve been there too. After having my kids, I struggled to feel strong in my own body again. I knew what I “should” be doing, but finding something sustainable that actually fit into my life felt like another mountain to climb. I was frustrated, tired, and disconnected.

What finally got me back on track wasn’t doing more—it was finding a way to make movement part of my daily routine. That simple shift transformed everything for me, and it’s changed the way I work with women too.

Real progress comes from taking small, consistent steps, listening to what your body needs, and building strength in a way that fits your life. Over the years, I’ve seen how empowering it is for women to reconnect with their bodies—to feel strong, confident, and free to live the life they want. That’s what I want for you too.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much time do I really need for this each day?

Each GLOW10 session is just 10 minutes long- that’s it!
You can do it daily for consistency or stack 2–3 together if that works better for your week. The key is not doing more, it’s doing it often. These short, focused sessions are designed to build strength over time without taking over your life.

Is 10 minutes really enough to see results?

Yes- if it’s programmed well (and it is!).
The GLOW10 method uses strength-building principles that are proven to work, even in short bursts. You won’t be wasting time, you’ll be using it smartly. Many members are surprised by how quickly they feel stronger, more energised, and more consistent.

Can I do this from home, or do I need a gym?

GLOW10 is designed to meet you exactly where you’re at — and it’s completely doable from home.
There’s no need for a gym unless you prefer one (in which case, the world’s your oyster!). Most members do their workouts in their lounge room, garage, or even beside the bed — minimal fuss, maximum flexibility.

What equipment do I actually need to get started?

You don’t need a full setup to begin — GLOW10 grows with you.
There’s a Bodyweight Program to help you master your form with no equipment at all, a Strength Program that uses dumbbells (I’ll guide you on exactly what’s worth getting), and an Optimise Program for those who have heavier weights or access to more gear.

The idea is to start where you are and build from there — no pressure to have it all sorted on day one.

What if I’ve got pain or an injury? Will this still work for me?

Yes — and this is where GLOW10 is different.
As a women’s health physio, I’ve built this program to be adaptable. If you’ve got pain, old injuries or flare-ups, we talk about how to modify things safely. It’s not about pushing through — it’s about moving with your body, not against it.

Is there an age limit for strength training with GLOW10?

Absolutely not.
We have members in their 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s — and beyond. GLOW10 is designed for women who want to feel strong, stable, and capable, no matter their age. You’ll always be encouraged to go at your own pace and build strength that works for your body. If you’d like some extra support, you can book a private coaching session with Libby (or select the annual membership and get one for free!)

I already exercise — will GLOW10 still offer me something new?

It depends. Are you already strength training? And I don’t mean doing Pilates or yoga once/week.

Even if you’re already exercising regularly, if you are not specifically strength training, you are missing out on benefits like stronger bones, increased muscle mass, better insulin sensitivity and decreased metabolic rate!

And if you are training already, the GLOW10 program, resources and community are a lovely addition and will only supercharge your results.

What if I join and decide it’s not for me?

That’s completely okay — you’re never locked in. You can cancel your membership any time and receive access for the remainder of your paid term (i.e remainder of the month if you are a monthly member, or remainder of the year if you are an annual member.)
I always say: try it for a month and see how it feels. The beauty of GLOW10 is that it’s flexible, realistic, and always ready when you are.

I’m not tech-savvy — will I be able to figure this out?

Yes, absolutely.
