If stretching your low back just isn’t giving you the relief you thought it would… it’s because back pain that feels muscular often isn’t a “tightness” problem.

It’s usually a load + movement problem.

👉 Your back is doing too much
👉 Other areas (hips, glutes, upper back) aren’t contributing enough

So instead of just trying to release your back…
we need to take pressure off it and teach your body how to support it again

That’s what these exercises are doing:

Here’s 5 minutes of daily exercises you can try instead — give it a few weeks and see how it feels:

→ Cobras
Gently reintroduce extension and take pressure off your lower back.

→ Rockbacks
Help your hips move again so your lower back doesn’t have to do all the work.

→ Thoracic Rotation (thread the needle)
Restores upper back movement so your lower back isn’t forced to twist and compensate.

→ Glute Bridges
Get your glutes contributing again so your back isn’t constantly overworking.

→ Squats (glute length focus)
Teach your body to load through your hips properly so your back feels supported in real life.

Try this for a week and see how your back feels.
