If you just know you won’t work out at home, but you wish you were someone who could… this is for you.
Because before you beat yourself up about not being able to self-motivate, ask yourself this:
Do you actually want to?
No judgment.
Are you someone who sees yourself always going to a gym, scheduling classes, and having an instructor guide you?
And do you believe you’ll always have access to that, with no desire for things to be different?
If so—amazing. Keep doing what works for you.
But if you wish you could also have the freedom to exercise on your own terms…
If you’d love to be able to adapt when life gets busy, save time and energy, and not have to rely on a gym for every single workout…
Then you need to know this:
Being able to work out at home isn’t a personality trait you either have or don’t.
It’s a skill.
And like any skill, you can learn it.
I’ll be breaking down the biggest obstacles stopping you from exercising at home—and exactly how to overcome them—over the next few weeks.
