Decide ahead of time when you’ll actually do them.

🌟VISUALISATION
Imagine yourself doing them AND visualise the benefits you will experience as a result

🌟 USE AN APP
There are a ton of apps available that will prompt you to do your exercises and even talk you through them

🌟BONUS TIP 🌟 REWARD YOURSELF
Create a ritual around them that includes a ‘reward’ for afterwards ☕️
