Advice that sounds great in theory…
but totally backfires when you’re already juggling a thousand things:

🗣️ “Just get up an hour earlier.”
💬 Cool. So I can be completely wrecked by 3pm? Got it.

🗣️ “Meal prep all your food on Sundays.”
💬 Except Sundays are already chaos and the fridge is full of half-eaten snacks.

🗣️ “You just need to prioritise yourself!”
💬 Yes. But also school drop-off, groceries, emails, laundry, and that weird rash someone has.

🗣️ “If it matters to you, you’ll find time.”
💬 No. If it matters to me, I need a way to make it *easier* to stick with, not harder.

Because here’s the thing:
If you’re already juggling 100 things, your plan shouldn’t ask MORE of you.
It should work WITH you.
