Never underestimate the impact of small actions.

I’m so after asked by women if there’s any point in them only doing 1 Pilates class a week.

Or only doing 10mins of strength training.

Or only doing 1 set of pelvic floor exercises.

It’s Action that leads to motivation. NOT the other way around.

Doing one small thing will act as a catylyst for you to do it again. And agian.

Progress is made up of small consistent, imperfect action.

Not inconsistent (or non-existent) perfect action.

When we make progress, we build confidence.

Confidence in who we are and what we can do.

And confidence will trigger more action.

It’s a beautiful cycle really. Just don’t knock it until you’ve tried it.
