You don’t need to change who you are to stay consistent with exercise.
-> You need to know who you are.
For years, you’ve been trying to “be more motivated.”
To finally become the woman who sticks with a workout routine.
But how can you build a system that works for you…
if you don’t actually know you?
It’s not about discipline.
It’s about design.
And the first step is understanding how you’re wired.
Over the years, I’ve found that most women fall into one of six movement personality types- each with their own strengths and friction points:
→ Are you generally active, but structured workouts never seem to stick? You might be a Contented Cruiser.
→ Do you go all in on a plan, but quit when it’s not perfect? You might be an All-or-Nothing Achiever.
→ Do you spend more time planning your workouts than doing them? You might be a Strategic Planner.
→ Do you want to move more, but the day slips away before you think of yourself? You might be an Overwhelmed Juggler.
→ Do you thrive in a group but drift when you’re on your own? You might be a Connection Seeker.
→ Do you hold back because you’re unsure what’s safe or “right”? You might be a Cautious Mover.
Your type isn’t the problem.
It’s the starting point.
Because when you understand how you’re wired,
you can finally build a movement habit that feels like you, and actually sticks.
