Ever feel like the only time you exercise is when someone else is involved?
You might be a Connection Seeker.
And before you assume that’s a bad thing… let me stop you right there.

Connection Seekers are often some of the most consistent movers I know.

  • They show up.
  • They don’t flake on a workout buddy.
  • They love being part of something.

BUT…

  • What happens when the class ends?
  • When your friend gets sick?
  • When the challenge finishes and life gets busy again?

The habit drops… not because you lack motivation, but because you were relying on one system.
And that system vanished.

The truth is, being a Connection Seeker is a superpower.
But long-term consistency requires more than one source of motivation.

You can love moving with others and build the skill of moving solo.
When you do, you gain:
✅ Freedom
✅ Flexibility
✅ Follow-through —> no matter what life throws your way.

This is what I unpack in Episode 14 of the podcast:
🎧 “Confessions of a Connection Seeker: How to Stay Consistent When No One’s Watching”

It’s honest. It’s practical. And it might just be the reframe you need.
