Just my opinion, but how long are we going to keep moving the strength goalposts so women never feel like they’re doing enough?

One minute it’s:

lift heavy or it doesn’t count
you’d better be having a gazillion grams of protein or else
don’t you dare train fasted
you need to do everything completely differently because you’re in peri/menopause

…and in the background:

your bones are crumbling
your muscles are melting
It’s all downhill from here.

No wonder it feels like you’re always behind.
No wonder you question whether what you’re doing is “right”.

Because the message is never:
“Build a simple, repeatable plan and let it work.”

It’s always:
“Change everything.”

But here’s what I see every week with the women I work with:

When the goalposts stay still – and they are adequately supported to follow a plan that matches their real life
– they get stronger.

Not by doing more.
Not by starting over.
Not by training perfectly.

By:
✔️ repeating the basics
✔️ progressing gradually
✔️ adjusting for energy, cycle, work, life
✔️ trusting the process

Strength isn’t confusing.

The noise around it is.

And you don’t need a completely different program for every life phase; you need clarity on what matters in this season, and permission to ignore the rest.

If you want help filtering out the noise without blowing up a routine you already like, I’m sharing my Exercise with Intention guide for free.
Comment CLARITY and I’ll send it your way.
