Just over here trying to work out how I can convince more women over 65 to lift weights.

Will it be the promise of
– Improved lean muscle mass?
– Stronger bones?
– Reduced falls risk?
– Improved insulin sensitivity?
– Reduced risk of dementia, Alzheimers and Parkinsons?
That will do it?

Or is the promise of:
– Better endurance for playtime with the grandkids
– More fun adventures
– Less pain and more mobility
– Being independent for as long as possible
More enticing?

Women over 65 have almost more to gain lifting weights, faster, than anyone else. Especially if they’ve never done it before.
