My client used to see exercise as a test.
When she started treating it like a tool – everything changed.
When we first started working together, she saw every workout (missed or completed) as a test.
- A test of her willpower
- A test of her willpower
- A test of her body
If she missed a session, sjhe felt like a failure.
If it didn’t feel hard, she thought it didn’t count.
exercise had become her daily measure of success.
So, together, we changed the rules.
We decided exercise wasn’t a test anymore. It as a tool.
A tool she could pick up to:
- Boost her energy
- Build her strength
- Support her mood
- Feel like herself again
That shift changed everything.
- She started moving more often
- She found ways to move she actually enjoyed
- She stopped quitting after “bad days”
- She built strength she could actually feel
Movement is a tool you can pick up anytime.
You don’t have to earn it.
You don’t have to pass a test.
You just have to use it.
