I’m a Physio who works exclusively with women; all sorts of women.

When a woman comes to me for help with pain or injury, she often wants two things:
1️⃣ To feel better as fast as possible
2️⃣ To know how she can stop it happening again.

Now, after 19 years of doing this, I certainly have some tricks to help her feel better as fast as possible.

But I can’t guarantee it won’t happen again.
➡️ There are just too many factors that neither of us can control.
➡️ When we are worried about something happening again, our choices are dictated by fear and avoidance.
And this isn’t a nice place to hang out.

So instead of showing her how to avoid it coming back, do you know what I do instead?

🌟I help her build the confidence to know the can manage whatever comes her way.

That’s my job.

Because the goal isn’t to live in fear of pain, it’s to live confidently knowing you have the tools to handle it.
