After 20 years of writing exercise programs for women, here’s what I know for sure:
If you don’t have all the time in the world to train, but you want to feel genuinely stronger (not just sweaty or breathless), it’s not about doing more.
It’s about doing what actually matters.
In the right order.
At the right pace.
Without having to overthink it every time you roll out your mat.
Because here’s the thing most people don’t realise:
👉 It’s not the effort that burns us out.
It’s the mental load of figuring it all out ourselves.
“What should I do today?”
“Is this even enough?”
“Am I doing it right?”
That constant second-guessing is exhausting.
And it’s one of the biggest reasons women stop training, or never start.
Not because they don’t want to move.
But because they’re tired of the decision fatigue.
So if I had just 10 minutes, here’s exactly what I’d focus on (and why):
✅ Big foundational movements: squats, hinges, pushes, pulls, spread evenly across the week. These give you the biggest return on effort and make everyday things easier: lifting kids, carrying groceries, walking taller and steadier into your 60s and 70s.
✅ Core, power, balance & mobility baked into each session, not saved for “later.” Because let’s be honest… later often never comes. And these are the invisible MVPs that keep everything else working well.
✅ Smart progression: just enough challenge to create change, without tipping into burnout. Not necessarily harder every day, but steadily over time. So you’re not repeating the same moves or jumping between random YouTube workouts, but actually building.
✅ Structure that doesn’t rely on motivation.
A system that takes out the guesswork, so you’re not wasting time thinking about what to do; you just do it. And feel better every time you do.
Because here’s what I’ve seen again and again:
The women who get the best results aren’t the most “disciplined.”
They’re the ones with a rhythm that supports them, not drains them.
They’re not wondering “Should I exercise today?”
They just do, because it’s part of the day, not the main event.
Do you think it’s possible to feel genuinely stronger in 10mins/day?

You don’t have to think about what to do next, I’ve already done that part for you.
All you have to do is press play.
