Last week, I asked a small group of women I am working with to list all the types of exercise they think they should be doing.

Here’s a snapshot of what came back:
→ Strength training
→ Pilates
→ Walking (with and without a weighted vest!)
→ HIIT
→ Core work
→ Swimming
→ Pelvic floor exercises
→ Stretching
→ Rehab exercises (for pain)
→ Running
→ Strength classes
→ Meditation
→ Mobility drills

😳 Even just reading the list made me feel tired.

These are smart, motivated (and busy) women who care deeply about their health. And yet – they think they are the problem.

They’re not.

But it’s also not the length of the list that’s the real issue. Most of these things are good for you.

The problem is the lack of a filter.

Most women I work with already know what’s helpful.
They just don’t know what to prioritise.
So they try to squeeze it all in.
(Which is pretty much impossible.)

And even when they can fit it in, it’s only going to be a one-off.

Here’s what I want you to know:

You don’t need to do everything.
You just need to know what deserves a place in your plan right now.

That’s why I teach women this 3-question filter:

Does this align with my values?
Does it support my current goals?
Does it fit the season of life I’m in?
Because when something ticks at least two of those boxes – that’s when it earns its spot in your movement plan.

That’s when it’s earned a spot in your movement & exercise plan.

This week on the podcast, I walk you through how this filter works, plus how to set up a flexible “goalpost” system that works even on your busiest weeks (not just the perfect ones).

It’s a simple, powerful way to clear the clutter, and finally feel confident in your routine again.

I’d love to know – what types of movement are making the cut in your current season? Hit reply and tell me.
