Some things are easy to track.
➡️ The number on the scale.
➡️ The size of your jeans.
➡️ The weight you’re lifting.
➡️ The workouts you’ve done.
But what do those numbers actually mean to you?
And what happens when they don’t tell the full story?
I almost ALWAYS ask women I’m working with this question:
How will you know it’s working?
It’s not always easy to notice the kinds of progress that don’t show up as neatly in an app or on a graph. But it’s especially hard if we haven’t defined it.
Things like…
👉🏻 Pain that quietly improves over time (so quietly, you don’t even realise it’s gone until someone asks).
👉🏻 The moment you move furniture without hesitation.
👉🏻 The confidence to walk further without fear.
👉🏻 Better sleep. More energy. A steadier mood.
👉🏻 Just feeling more at home in your body.
The truth is: we can’t chase every goal at once.
And we definitely shouldn’t let someone else’s measure of progress be the one that defines our success.
So instead of only chasing what’s easy to track…
What if you paid attention to what’s easy to feel?
Progress isn’t just about the numbers.
It’s about how life feels when you start moving in a way that supports you.
How do you know when it’s working? 👇
