Most women I know spend more time feeling bad about not working out than it would take to just do the thing.
For years, I thought results came from doing more.
Longer sessions. Harder workouts. More discipline.
But the truth?
I’ve seen better results — physically and mentally — by doing less, more consistently.
Because I’m not burning out.
I’m not forcing it.
I’m not relying on motivation or negotiating with myself every week.
It’s just what I do now.
Like brushing my teeth or making coffee.
→ I lift something heavy.
→ I feel better afterwards.
→ I repeat it tomorrow.
Since when did moving your body have to be such a big deal?
Strength doesn’t come from pushing harder.
It comes from showing up without all the drama.
