Your mindset of “I’ll do it when I haver more time” is holding you back from feeling better in your body right now.
Because the truth is, you don’t need more time to start building a stronger, more resilient body. If you can’t build consistency in something now, having more ti8me isn’t going to change anything. It’s not having and hour to yourself each day to exercise that will allow you to start building strength. It’s learning to build consistency in something (anything) first. Then gradually changing what that something is.
I’m not going to be that person who says “we all have the same number of hours in the day’.
I know that life can be overwhelming, and time is often in short supply, especially when you’re juggling work, family, and everything else.
But I am saying that, if you can’t build consistency in SOMETHING right now, it won’t magically happen when you have more time.
Because you will probably never feel like you have more time.
Just like money, the more time we have the more time we spend.
Build consistency in something now.
A sleep routine.
A high protein brekky.
Or 10 mins a day of strength training.
Do something first, and then do it again, and again.
The size of the something isn’t the important part.
It’s the repetition that leads to results.
