These 6 habits cost you nothing; but they’ll make everything feel easier, from your workouts to your weekly rhythm.
1️⃣ Notice your reps and reserve
Pay attention to how many reps you had left in the tank at the end of a set. That’s your roadmap for how to progress.
2️⃣ Prep your brekky or lunch
A little prep the night before = one less decision tomorrow. That’s energy saved and better choices made.
3️⃣ Prioritise your sleep
Sleep is where it all begins- it dictates your energy, mood and capacity. And when it comes to build strength, rest really is where the magic happens.
4️⃣ Track what you’re doing
Write it down, even just a quick note. You’ll see your progress more clearly, and stay more consistent.
5️⃣ Move slowly, don’t rush
This isn’t a HIIT session. Slower reps = more control, better form, more time under tension for your muscles = better results 💪
6️⃣ Something over nothing. Always
I might get this one tattooed on my forehead. Strength is not build through perfect workouts. It’s build through consistency. And the easiest way to stay consistent is with momenum. When you’re tired, sore, busy, get into the habit of asking yourself “What CAN I do”.
