Every time a new GLOW10 block is about to drop, the same week happens behind the scenes. My GLOW Physio Clinic still full, I run 10 classes a week, patients still need me, email inbox keeps filling…and quietly, a whole second body of work is getting finished in the background.

For so long I thought I just needed to get better at doing two things at once. Now I know that’s not actually true for me.

I don’t do well split across two things. I never have. Even as a teenager I didn’t like my friendship groups mixing (anyone else? 😅). I find it really hard to wear my Mum hat and Physio hat at the same time. I like one thing having my full attention, not two things getting half of me each.

Once I stopped fighting that and just built around it, everything got easier. Including, ironically, my own training.

I don’t have a separate “exercise time” I have to switch into. It just sits inside my morning, roughly the same slot most days, with a backup slot for the days that don’t go to plan. It’s not a thing I do. It’s just part of how the morning runs.

That is the exact philosophy behind how I’ve built Glow10 for the women inside it. Not one more decision, not one more mode to switch into. Ten minutes that folds into a real life, at the same time each day, so there is nothing left to figure out.

Every quarter I drop new programs into Glow10 to keep things fresh, and a new 12-week block starts Monday 3 August. If strength training has been sitting on your list, this really is a good time to start.
