By the time a woman has decided to work with me, she is usually pretty clear on the direction she wants to head.

I LOVE direction 🧭
But the next question I like to ask is
“How will you know when you’re there?”
Because the thing is, knowing you want to feel better is the same as saying ‘I want to head north’.
It’s the mountains you climb ⛰️ and the rivers you cross 🌊 that define your progress on your journey north.
These landmarks are the same as your goals. They are tangible things like:
💫Lifting your child without your back hurting
💫 Doing a dance class without wetting yourself
💫 Doing 5 full push ups with good form
