Last year got pretty dicey—I’m not going to lie. Between working every day in the clinic and launching GLOW10 in April, I was barely hanging on by the time December rolled around.

It wasn’t until my three-week break that I realised just how much I’d been running on empty. That time off gave me the space and clarity to see what had been staring me in the face all year: Something had to change.

So, I’m not coming to you with a resolution this January.

Instead, I have a revolution.

As of this week, Fridays are getting a rebrand.

In my diary, Fridays are now officially called Love on Fridays.

Gone are the days of Friday clinic work, bookkeeping, cleaning, or scrambling through my to-do list. Instead, I’ll be rotating through one of four themes each Friday:

🏠 Love on My Home: Decluttering, tidying, or tackling projects that make my space feel good.
🍃 Love on Nature: Bushwalks, swims, or quiet solo time in nature—my ultimate soul food.
💙 Love on Others: Date days with Cormac, catching up with a friend, or quality time with someone I love.
🤓 Love on My Brain: Study days for books and courses I’ve been meaning to dive into but never seem to find the time for.

And to top it all off, I’ve even scheduled quarterly planning days for myself and Cormac. Who even am I?? The grandparents are locked in with the kids, and we’re going to use the time to align our vision, plan ahead, and make sure we’re living intentionally—both individually and as a family.

A friend of mine once said, “What’s the point of owning your own business if you can’t control your diary?”

It’s only taken me 10 years in business, but I’m finally doing it! Because I know, when we do create space for what matters, everything changes.

So, I hope this gives you some food for thought.

Maybe there’s a way for you to carve out space for what fills you up too?

I’d love to know what you come up with. Hit reply and let me know!

And in the meantime, please tell me – which theme do you think I should start with this week?

Have a fabulous week,
