Forget the 8-week bootcamp.

Here’s what will actually have you feeling your best by New Year.

Build your lifestyle system for each of the following three habits: Exercise, Nutrition, Sleep.

1️⃣ Choose one of the following three as your gateway habit. (Mine’s movement)

Once you’ve got momentum with one, the others get easier.

The habit itself should be smaller than you think it needs to be.

You’re not aiming for perfect, you’re building the scaffolding that holds everything else up.

2️⃣ Plan out the system to support the habit.

🌟 Exercise / Movement
The habit for me is daily strength training.
But that’s not the system.
The system is:
– Having a REALLY good structure/program I know will get me results (I use my own GLOW10 Program)
– Checking my plan before bed so I know exactly what I’m doing & visualising it (yes, literally seeing myself doing it in the morning)
– Scheduling it into my morning between school drop off 1 and 2

🌟 Eat well
The habit for me is eating a mostly Mediterranean-style diet with minimal processed food.
But the system is:
– Meal planning from a list of go-to meals that align with how I want to feel & how much time I have
– Doing the weekly online shop so the food is actually in the house
– Prepping whenever I can ahead of time (Sunday afternoons, evenings, mornings)

🌟 Prioritising Sleep
The habit for me is going to bed and waking up at roughly the same time each day.
But the system is:
– Setting a reminder to close the laptop or turn off the TV at 9pm.
– Charging my phone outside the bedroom
– A simple wind-down ritual (for me, it’s a shower- last thing I do before bed)

Build your systems around these three habits, one at a time.

They don’t just make you feel better…

They make everything else easier to follow through on.

Because your habits don’t change your life, your systems do.
