Most women I work with don’t need more information, or a better program, or even more time.

They just need to simplify.

These 5 exercise hacks often get overlooked for being “too simple.”

But they are by far the most common tips I hear amongst my most consistent clients.

Consistency isn’t built on complexity, it’s built on trust.

Trust in yourself to show up, even when it’s imperfect.
Trust in small habits to create big shifts.

If you’ve been struggling to find a rhythm with movement, pick one of these ideas and commit to it for 7 days. Not for perfection. Just to prove you can show up.

  1. Put your equipment in sight – always
Out of sight, out of mind is very real. Your mat, dumbbells, or bands don’t need a fancy setup; they just need to be visible. All the time, not just when you plan to use them.
  2. Use your routine as a cue
Pair your movement with something you already always do. the earlier in the day the better.
Think: after your morning coffee, or right after you brush your teeth or shower.
If it feels like you don’t have a schedule, use someone else’s. baby’s first nap. While the kids are eating their breakfast. When you feed to dog.
  3. Set a timer. Do anything.
Don’t overthink it. Practise showing up at a regular time, even if it’s just squats and stretches at first. Aim to build the habit of carving the time out for yourself first, then worry about what you do with that time.
  4. Look at what you plan to do the night before.
This tiny 60-second habit primes your brain and lowers resistance the next day. It’s underrated. But it works.
  5. Know 1-2 “go-to” workouts off the top of your head.
When you’re tired or short on time, default to these.
Decision fatigue is a real barrier.
    Remove it.

Let me know – which one are you trying this week?
