When it comes to building better habits, most people get stuck in the same cycle:
1️⃣ They try to change everything at once.
2️⃣ They don’t give new habits time to stick.
3️⃣ They feel frustrated when nothing seems to work.
The key isn’t doing more- it’s doing less, but better.
Here’s the system I use and recommend:
1️⃣ Start with ONE tiny habit. Choose something manageable that fits into your current routine.
2️⃣ Set yourself up for success. Adjust your environment to make following through as easy as possible.
3️⃣ Stick with it for at least 21 days. Track your progress daily, reflect on what worked (or didn’t), and tweak as needed.
Which habit should you pick first?
🍎 Go for low-hanging fruit—something small and simple you know you can stick to.
💦 Or, choose a habit with the biggest ripple effect- a change that positively impacts other areas of your life (e.g., going to bed earlier might improve your energy, mood, and productivity).
When you focus on one habit at a time, you’re not just building actions- you’re building an identity.
You’re proving to yourself, “I’m someone who follows through.”
