The Women’s Hiking Retreat is your opportunity to break free from the demands of everyday life, to reconnect with the serenity of the great outdoors, and to embrace a unique form of relaxation that will leave you feeling invigorated but also accomplished.
We believe that the Women’s Hiking Retreat will be a transformative experience and will:
Provide a unique opportunity to nurture your nervous system
Encourage you to redefine your understanding of and relationship with rest
Challenge you physically & mentally, leaving you feeling empowered with a strong sense of accomplishment
The Retreat will include:
First night's accommodation in a magical Northern NSW Coastal town.
Group dinner to gather together & fuel our bodies with a delicious pre-hike meal
3 days of guided hiking along the stunning Yuraygir Coast
Two nights camping in a national park
All food on the hike, including a nourishing breakfast on the first day, and high quality hiking meals & snacks throughout
Access to an online, pre-hike training schedule to prep your body for the walk
Access to a private facebook group to ask questions and prepare together prior to the retreat
Workshop on 'Redefining Rest' to learn tools and technique to get the most our your hiking experience, but also to integrate to your daily life
Daily breathwork, yoga & meditation sessions
Some things to consider:
This retreat will involve 4-6 hours of hiking each day and you will be required to carry your own pack (with all equipment)
A moderate level of fitness is required, however previous hiking experience is not necessary - in fact we would love to take you on your first overnight hike!
A packing list will be provided closer to the event. You can either provide your own hiking & camping equipment, or we can arrange hire equipment for you. (This can be decided at a later date)
