A recent Monday was a long one.

It started with my middle boy refusing to go to school, which drained approximately 85% of my emotional capacity before the day had even begun (you’re only as happy as your unhappiest child and all that).

I had a full day in the clinic—20 women came through my doors for group exercise, another five for consults, including a new mama home visit.

I sat down at 8 p.m. to eat my dinner and write my clinical notes.

I was tired, but my heart felt full.

As I reflected on the day and the women I got to work with, I was reminded exactly why I do what I do. I thought about:

💮 The woman who walked into my clinic after years of not exercising. She was nervous, anxious, unsure if she even belonged here. But something in a post of mine resonated with her—something clicked—and she hit “book appointment.” That tiny moment of courage? It’s going to be the start of an amazing journey for her. I can just feel it.

💮 The woman I’ve been working with for almost eight years. She’s been through joint replacement, generalised pain, and stiffness that impacts her mobility—challenges that might make most people give up on movement altogether. But instead, she chooses to do the floor exercises because “it’s good for her to challenge herself by getting up and down.” And then, during the power section of our Lift class, she said, “I’d like to try jumping.” Something that honestly wasn’t on my radar for her. (I actually teared up watching her jump with perfect form for 40 seconds straight 🥹.)

💮 The woman who, after learning how to tweak her deadlift form, asked if she could go heavier. The moment she lifted that weight—strong, steady, confident—she was stoked. Not because of the number on the bar, but because of how powerful she felt in her own body.

💮 The woman in my GLOW10 Tribe who told me last week that she’s ditched her personal trainer altogether. Not because she doesn’t love lifting, but because she’s built the confidence to do it on her own—she’s gone from relying on every cue to trusting herself completely.

These aren’t Instagram-worthy transformations. These are daily moments. The kind that could almost go unnoticed if we don’t take the time to stop and reflect.

And they remind me that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be. I’m doing the right work. I’m in the right place. I am a woman on a mission.

Thankfully, these days, I don’t have to sell women on strength training anymore. You already know the benefits. You’ve already heard how it changes lives. I just get to be part of your journey.

And for that, I’m grateful.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to start lifting, this is it.

If you want to learn how to strength train with confidence—whether at home or in the gym—without worrying about injury or “getting it wrong,” I’m putting something together for you.

I’ll be running a 4-week Learn to Lift Online Coaching Program to teach women exactly how to:

✔️ Build strength safely—even if you’re a total beginner
✔️ Avoid the most common lifting mistakes that lead to pain and injury
✔️ Structure workouts so you actually see results
✔️ Feel confident training at home or in the gym

If this sounds like what you need, Email me and I’ll send you the details when they’re ready.

I can’t wait to help more women step into their strength.
