Have you ever wondered why push-ups feel 10x harder than they should?
Maybe you’ve chalked it up to “having zero upper body strength”…
Or decided they’re probably not good for your neck anyway…
Well, on day 2 of our 21-day Push-Up Experience inside GLOW10, I got this message from one of the members:
“I’ve always thought I just had weak arms… but I’ve never felt push-ups in my abs like this before 😳”
It turns out, she’s not alone.
Push-ups look like an upper body move. And sure, your chest, shoulders and triceps do their fair share.
But when they feel impossible? It’s usually not your arms at all.
It’s the gaps.
The tiny muscles that haven’t been taught to show up yet.
The stabilisers that should be holding everything steady… but aren’t.
Like:
→ The deep core that stops your hips from sagging like a hammock
→ The rotator cuff that keeps your shoulder aligned in the socket
→ The serratus anterior (aka the “scapula hugger”) that protects your neck and traps rom overworking
These aren’t the sexy, showy muscles. But they’re the difference between frustration and flow.
And inside GLOW10 this month, that’s exactly what we’ve been working on.
What’s been fascinating is how many women are noticing ripple effects- not just in their push-ups, but in their whole movement pattern. Their shoulder pain. Their neck tension. Their posture. Even their confidence.
It’s like finding the loose bricks at the bottom of the wall, instead of just patching up the cracks at the top. (Yes, that’s another builder’s wife analogy for you 🙋🏼♀️)
If you’ve been feeling stuck – whether it’s with push-ups or making strength training click – this could be your moment to reset.
The push-up experience is already running, but you can still get full access if you join before it ends.
It’s also a great time, because our brand new 12 week strength programs drop on the 28th July, which means you’ve got the chance to start fresh from Day 1 too.

Because sometimes it’s not about doing more.
It’s about making the invisible work… visible.
