You are an...

OVERWHELMED JUGGLER

…No wonder exercise feels hard to stick with!

You’re juggling a lot — constantly switching hats, managing others’ needs, and squeezing movement into the margins (if at all).

Exercise doesn’t feel like a bad thing… it just feels like one more thing.

You’ve probably said things like:

“There’s just too much going on right now.”
“I never have time for myself.”
“By the time I think of it, the day’s already gone.”

You’re not resistant to movement, you’re mentally maxed out.

What looks like inconsistency is actually just decision fatigue, overstimulation, and the absence of a system that supports you.

Your 3 Most Common Blocks to Exercise

🌀 Inertia

You might just feel like this is laziness. Movement feels like effort. You’re so used to being in “go” mode for others that initiating something for yourself feels like a heavy lift.

🧠 Forgetfulness

You just 100% forget. You get to the end of the day and realise: “I didn’t even think about moving today.”

⏳Start Stuck

You want to begin, but something always gets in the way. The first step just feels… hard. And so you find yourself doing other things instead

Your 3 Steps to Help You Start Showing Up

Each tool is pulled from the Everyday GLOW Framework — the same system I teach inside 30 days to Movement Made Easy.

✅ Step 1: Clear Your Mental Clutter

Helps with: Inertia + Start Stuck

How this might look for you:
At the start of the week (or even mid-chaos), set a timer for 3 minutes. Write down:

⭐️ Every task or responsibility swirling around in your head.
⭐️ All the thoughts or excuses that make you want to skip exercise.
⭐️ Anything you feel like you “should” do instead of showing up for yourself.

Note: Your brain dump list is NOT a to-do list!

Then ask -> Which tasks truly need my attention right now, and which ones can wait?”

✅ Step 2: Set a Cue Default

Helps with: Forgetfulness + Start Stuck

How this might look for you:
Anchor movement to something you’re already doing.

⭐️ Stretch after brushing your teeth
⭐️ Walk after school drop-off
⭐️ Do glute bridges before bed

These cues become your brain’s friendly reminder: This is when I take care of me.

✅ Step 3: Set a 10-Minute Maximum

Helps with: Inertia + Start Stuck

How this might look for you:
You are only allowed to commit to 10 minutes – or 2 minutes! – of timed exercise, in response to your cue default.

No pressure, no perfection. Just 10mins of something: short walk, a stretch or a strength circuit in the kitchen.

Start with something repetitive to begin, until you find yourself showing up consistently.

Ready to STOP juggling and FINALLY find your rhythm?

Meet Libby (Your Physio & Coach)

I’m a women’s health physio with almost 20 years of experience—and if there’s one universal truth I’ve learned, it’s this:
most people don’t do their exercises. 😂

And honestly? I get it.

Life is full. Motivation comes and goes. And the “all or nothing” approach most of us were taught just doesn’t work—especially when you’re juggling work, kids, sleep, and the odd curveball.

That’s why I created Everyday GLOW—a 30-day Reset to help you feel like someone who moves again, in a way that actually fits your life.

No strict plans. No start-over Mondays. Just small, smart steps that rebuild trust in your body and your rhythm.

Real Women. Real Results

“I have to say, I am loving the strength I feel and changes in my body. It’s amazing just doing such short sessions each day can make such a difference. I also like the daily routine as I find that it’s not only such a great motivator and keeps the momentum going.”

Emelisa

I love it and I am stronger, more confident, more resilient and am kinder to myself (my limitations and occasional setbacks and health issues) and more able to adapt to bumps along the way.

Sue

Thank you for this practical, potent and simple strength program that I can do in the comfort of my own home! I have lifted more weight in the past 5 months than ever before. I am stronger and importantly, confident that I can do it without injury.
