For women over 35, lifting heavy 2-3x/week is essential for maintaining muscle mass before it naturally declines during peri- and menopause.

It’s great to do workouts you enjoy—but if you’re not making room for what your body needs at this stage of life, it’s like filling up on dessert before eating your fruit and veg.

You might love it, but it’s not giving your body everything it needs to thrive.
