One of the most powerful things I do to keep my habit strong is this: I look up the workout I’m doing the next day and visualise myself doing it.

Here’s how it looks:
✨ I imagine myself getting dressed in my workout gear.
✨ Heading to my workout space.
✨ Running through the moves in my head—how they feel, how they flow, and how proud I’ll feel after finishing.

Why does this work?

🌟Mental Rehearsal Builds Confidence: Studies show that visualising yourself performing an activity activates the same areas of the brain as actually doing it. When the time comes to move, it feels more familiar and less daunting.

🌟 Creates a Clear Path: By mentally “walking through” the steps, you reduce decision fatigue, making it easier to show up.

🌟 Reinforces Commitment: Thinking ahead about your workout strengthens the habit loop and helps you stay consistent.

👉Try It This Week
Tonight, before you go to bed, take two minutes to look at tomorrow’s workout. Picture yourself getting ready, showing up, and completing it. Notice how it feels—and carry that energy into your day!
