You don’t need a new, fancy plan. You just need 3 movement rules.

If you’re tired, unmotivated, and not sure where to start -> this is for you.

Because when you’re in that low-energy place, making yet another plan is the last thing you need.

What actually helps is deciding on 3 movement rules that take the pressure off and make movement feel doable.

They act as a safety net when the 45mi workout doesn’t happen.

They require no mental load because they’re specific and defined.

Here are mine:
1. I only clear my email inbox when I’m on the walking pad
2. I lift something heavy every day (even if it’s just one set)
3. I always take the stairs

That’s it.
What would your 3 be?
