I used to think the only way to get stronger, like actually stronger, was 3-4 meticulously programmed, 45min strength sessions each week.

Then I accidentally discovered something that changed everything.

Just 10 minutes a day can make you feel stronger than you have in years.

But I’m not talking about throwing around a few dumbbells willy nilly, or doing hundreds of bodyweight squats.

I’m talking about:

1️⃣ Making strength training a DAILY habit – It doesn’t have to be all or nothing. In fact, it’s better if it’s not because when you make something a daily routine, you bypass the need for motivation and get to experience the power of momentum instead.

2️⃣ Training with intention, not just repetition – it might only be 10mins, but make the session count. Lift a heavy enough weight. Gradually increase the challenge each week and you will get you results—without spending hours working out.

3️⃣ Focusing on consistency not perfection – this means taking a zoomed out view. Missing a day but not writing off the whole week. Learning how to get back on track quickly.

When you keep these things in mind, you absolutely can get stronger in 10mins a day, and build a way better relationship with exercise in the process.
